There are two 10 x 10 studio spaces available for immediate occupancy. Each studio offers complete privacy with a door that locks. Facilities include a handicap bathroom, a small kitchen and 24/7 access. The cost is $500 per month. Please reach out to me directly if you’re interested. This studio isn’t just a great place to work, it offers a unique opportunity to sell art. With nearly 60 other artists within walking distance of each other, The limelight art district has become a popular destination for those looking to purchase and view art. We are a featured stop on the second Friday art crawl. 

 

The Palmer Modern Gallery features an additional group of local artists displaying work. The gallery is curated and managed by Robyn Holl, who is a curator for Art Ovation Hotel. Robyn also has a studio at PM. Called Modern, Too! this new gallery will drive traffic to Palmer modern and expose our studio artists to many potential customers.
